UTV Riding in New River

Arizona Outdoor Fun Tours and Adventures
An excursion like no other, this was a great time, the funniest thing I’ve done on this trip. This was a guided tour with a leader in the front of the group and us (Rocio & I) following behind in our separate UTV.
For our setup we just wore comfortable clothing, and they provided masks and goggles, both a necessary cause that desert dust (or mud) really gets in the air when you’re zipping through.
Driving through the beautiful desert at New River was great, with clear blue sky and nothing around us for as far as you can see. We drove to a nice ridge where you could get a great look at everything around us.
Our view was spectacular, where you can see a little bit of New River sticking out above ground. And what you see is only a sliver, since the majority of the river flows underground.
At the same ridge, there were some remains of brick and stone, placed there from another group way before us in the 21st century (Native Americans most likely). It’s nice to see that even after so many years, mankind still left a mark. And that while separated by time, we can both share in enjoying a spectacular view.
A little tag for Rocio (my cute blonde co-pilot on this excursion)
